Return| Exchange Policy


At Zahra Label, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we don’t offer refunds. While, we don’t offer refunds, we can provide store credit equivalent to the value of the exchanged product. Exchange is allowed under the following conditions:


•    To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in its original condition- unused, and in its original packaging. Used, altered, damaged, or perfumed item will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
•    The item must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
•    Exchanges are only allowed for items of equal or higher value. If the exchanged item is of higher value, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.
•    Customers are permitted a single exchange per purchase and are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange.
