Shipping Information and Timelines

•    Customized orders will be completed within 2-3 weeks for domestic (UAE) deliveries and 3-4 weeks for international deliveries.
•    Standard orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days for domestic (UAE) and 3-5 business days for international.
•    Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination. Estimated delivery charges are provided upon checkout.
•    Customers will receive a shipment tracking information once the order is shipped.
•    Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties applied to their order.
•    Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

Please note that during Sales Promotion period or Peak Season, deliveries may take 3 to 5 working days longer than usual.
